The Nursery

Published by Brad at 12:16 pm under The Family, The Place

Short of a missing locking bolt for the crib, which is currently in transit from Taiwan, the Nursery is now fully operational, with special thanks to my Mom and Jan, and to Vicki for making our beautiful curtains. Resting in the crib, keeping it warm, is Ernie. Sitting on the glider is Bobo. The shot of Tina and I is following our first purchase of Dreft, and the first washing of our special onsies designed by family and friends.

It looks complete. It meets my approval. You may now go into labor.

I was blessed and excited to help with the preparations for Sophie\’s arrival. I awake each day with great anticipation of that special call — IT\’S TIME !!

We are just so happy for both of you… the room looks great – and very organized. I wish you all the best in keeping it that way when you’re barely keeping your eyes opening trying to find that last clean sleeper at 3:00 am and at the same time tackling a diaper change, hungry baby and squirmy little thing. Sit back and relax until her big debut!!! You’re about to start the ride of your lives!!! Hold on!

I had a monkey named Bobo when I was little — looks like Sophie’s on the right track! I’m so excited for you two!
